In 2014 I attended a wellness seminar with presentations about men’s and women’s hormone replacement and gut health. The importance of taking a probiotic was a key subject. At that time I was overweight and feeling lethargic. I began looking for a high quality probiotic and supplement line. Frustrations of overpriced quality supplements or less than adequate products spurred my passion to offer a healthier lifestyle to others and motivated me to found kapsulations, LLC.

My desire to become a better role model as a speaker and healthcare professional spurred me to begin a quest to be healthy.
